
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped by Smart Essence.
Shipping options must be selected at checkout and prices are calculated based on the option you choose.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are subject to Royal Mail's shipping timescales which can be found on the Royal Mail website.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, Smart Essence will send a confirmation email and provide tracking information *if available with your selected shipping option.

RETURNS POLICY
Our policy for returns is 14 days from the date in which you receive your products from Smart Essence. After 14 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please contact us to arrange a return. You can do this via email to admin@smartessence.co.uk or via the contact us page on our website.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. We can only accept returns on unopened and unused products from Smart Essence.
Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. The responsibility for the items prior to reaching Smart Essence is down to the customer, therefore we strongly advise ensuring your products are well packaged and returned using a reliable postage method any damage or loss of goods will need to be covered by the sender.
Products that arrive to us in an unsaleable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, including the cost to return the products, unless the item is damaged. If you receive a damaged product from Smart Essence, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve.
All refunds will be credited via the original payment method, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
It is Smart Essence's responsibility to supply you with products (including Wax Bars & Samples, Mini Bags, Wax Brittle, Burners) that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
